This is a putative class action under the Commodity Exchange Act and the- Sherman and Clayton Acts alleging manipulation of prices for physical and financial natural gas contracts. Alan Harry, Levante Capital, LLC, Public Utilities District No. 1 of Clark County, Washington (d/b/a Clark Public Utilities), and C & C Trading, LLC (the “plaintiffs”) engaged in transactions in the physical and financial natural gas markets, including on the New York Mercantile Exchange (“NYMEX”) and the Intercontinental Exchange (“ICE”).
