Plaintiff’s petition, filed August 9, 1951, alleges she worked for defendant on his farm from about December 1, 1940, to March 1, 1945; about December 1, 1947, plaintiff agreed to nurse, care and keep house for defendant who was to supply living quarters and plaintiff was to pay him $25 a month; in order to pay plaintiff for her services and further pay her for services previously rendered, at the end of two years defendant was to buy or build a new home for the parties to live in and defendant agreed that at the end of four years he would deed plaintiff said home for her…
