Appellants seek reversal of a dismissal of their personal injury action against respondent. We agree, reverse the order of dismissal, and remand the cause for further proceedings.
Appellant Rae Servatius alleges she slipped and fell in the Aku Aku restaurant located on the grounds of the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas. She and her husband filed an action two days prior to the running of the statute of limitations.
