In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the husband appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Barone, J.), dated October 6, 1997, which, inter alia, granted the wife a divorce.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the complaint is dismissed.
