CRANDALL, Judge.
Plaintiff, Tom Lange Company, Inc. (Lange Co.), instituted an action for replev-in of a 1984 BMW 633CSÍ (BMW) against defendant, Mark Bernstein (Bernstein). Cleaning by House Beautiful (House Beautiful), a company owned by Bernstein and the alleged purchaser of the BMW, filed a third-party action against Lange Co. and Tom Lange (Lange) individually. The trial court made the replevin order permanent.
