Seung Lee (hereinafter, “Lee”) appeals from the trial court’s judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Pulitzer Publishing Company (hereinafter, “Pulitzer”). Lee claims the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Pulitzer because there were genuine issues of material fact with respect to whether Pulitzer’s newspaper carriers were independent contractors or employees.
