MEMORANDUM OPINION

This ease presents the question of whether under Bankruptcy Code § 365(d)(3), 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(3), a debtor must timely pay real estate taxes which accrued pre-petition but were billed during the pre-rejection, post-petition period. This matter is before the Court on the Amended Motion and Supplemental Motion of the landlord National Terminals Corporation (“National”) to compel Handy Andy Home Improvement Centers, Inc.
