On July 25, 1952, Norman A. Coulter, plaintiff, instituted this suit in equity against Safway Steel Scaffolds of Virginia, Incorporated, defendant, seeking an accounting and discovery under a contract of employment entered into between the parties.
The cause was referred to a commissioner in chancery, Sam B. Witt, Jr., with directions to make certain inquiries and report his findings to the court. In February of 1954, the commissioner reported that plaintiff was entitled to recover from defendant the sum of $7,522.17, with interest from June 10, 1952, and that costs of the proceeding should be…
