Appellant Thompson & Co., L.P.A. (“the Thompson Firm”) appeals from the order granting appellee Rebecca Riley’s motion for attorney fees pursuant to R.C. 2323.51 and Civ.R. 11. In its appeal, the Thompson Firm raises two assignments of error.
