Petitioner, Dallas Railway & Terminal Company, defendant below, complains here of sundry alleged errors in the trial of a personal injury suit in which respondent, Mrs. Orr, plaintiff below, upon a special issue verdict in her favor, recovered judgment against petitioner for $10,000.00; the judgment being affirmed by the Court of Civil Appeals. 210 S.
