LINCOLN, Justice.

The appellees, as surviving widow and minor children of Roger Chapin, recovered judgment against the appellant for damages resulting in the death of Roger Chap-in, which was occasioned by a collision between appellant’s train and the deceased’s automobile' in Sulphur Springs, Texas, where Main Street crosses appellant’s railroad tract.
