The appellant and appellee in this case are husband and wife. They were married September 23, 1922, in the eity of Baltimore. After the marriage they went to live with the husband’s parents at 109 Beechwood Avenue, Catons-ville, Md., .and remained there for about two months, until the latter part of November, 1922. On November 28th, 1922, they moved to and occupied a small three-room apartment at- No. 811 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Md., said apartment having been leased for four months.
