I. Background
Plaintiff Mr William Leach brings this prisoner civil rights action, alleging that Defendants deprived him of his rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants acted in unlawful disregard of his health, subjected him to repeated harassment and verbal abuse, retaliated against him for filing grievances, violated his medical confidentiality and thus subjected him to adverse treatment from his fellow inmates, discriminated against him on the basis of race and gender, subjected him to unreasonable search…
