BELLINGER, District Judge.

This is a suit to declare void any. claim of right on the part of the defendants to lands comprising a grant to the Willamette Valley & Cascade Mountain Wagon-Road Company, and to enjoin the defendants, or either of them, from asserting any claim or right in such lands adverse to plaintiff’s claim therein. The controversy is between the complainant and the Willamette Valley & Coast Railroad Company, by its receiver. The complainant’s title comes from one Alexander Weill.
