Plaintiffs William Ceinos Rodriguez (“Ceinos”) and Carmen Rodríguez Cap-blanc (“Ms.Rodriguez”) filed this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq., alleging that defendant International College of Business and Technology d/b/a International Junior College (“International College”) violated Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act’s (COBRA), 29 U.S.C. § 1166, et seq., notification and documentation requirements.
