Plaintiff-appellant Raymond Baca appeals the district court’s affirmance of the Secretary’s decision denying his application for social security disability benefits. Because we find the decision to be unsupported by substantial evidence, and because several le gal errors occurred, we reverse and remand for further proceedings. 1
