ORDER ON MOTION FOR DIRECTED VERDICT

This cause came on for trial on September 11 and 12, 1990, upon the Second Amended Complaint filed by Frederick Ransier, Trustee in the Chapter 7 case of David and Francine Young. This Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and the General Order of Reference entered in this district. By previous Order of this Court, this has been determined a non-core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157; however, the parties consented to entry of final judgment by this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(c).…
