Plaintiff State of Washington appeals an order dismissing an information charging defendant with three counts of bribery. The findings summarize the facts as follows.
About April 12, 1971, a grand jury commenced an investigation of the allegations of bribery and corruption in the Seattle Police Department in the 1960’s. Mr. Evan L. Schwab, special deputy prosecuting attorney assigned exclusively to the grand jury, telephoned defendant at the Seattle Police Department’s Burglary Division.
