This is an appeal from a final decree of the Superior Court dismissing the plaintiff’s bill of complaint* The bill was brought by the plaintiff as trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of George E. Miller, who filed a voluntary-peti*462tian in bankruptcy on October 27,1925, and was adjudicated a bankrupt on that date. The amended bill seeks to recover alleged preferential payments aggregating $17,252.86, received by the defendant within four months prior to the filing of the petition in bankruptcy.
