Before us is a Petition for Review filed by Mary Lango, widow of a deceased coal miner, from the decision of the Benefits Review Board (BRB) affirming the denial by the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) of her claim for survivors’ benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act, 30 U.S.C. §§ 901 — 945. The sole issue before us in this case is whether there was substantial evidence to support the decision reached by both the BRB and the ALJ that Mrs. Lango failed to establish that her husband’s pneumoconiosis was a contributing cause of his death.
