OPINION
DONOFRIO, Presiding Judge.
After a trial by jury, appellant was convicted of (1) assault with a deadly weapon, (2) aggravated battery and, (3) possession of a pistol by a criminal. Appellant was sentenced to not less than three nor more than five years in the Arizona State Prison on each count, the sentences to run concurrently. On appeal, the only issue raised by appellant is whether he was denied a fair and impartial trial because, during the course of the trial, he invited a juror into his house for a beer, introduced the juror to his wife and family and discussed various matters…
