The Fulton County Plan Commission required the applicants for approval of a new subdivision to modify the location of the roadway entrance to reduce impaired visibility. The trial court and Court of Appeals reversed the Plan Commission on grounds that the Commission's "Vision Clearance Standards" were not sufficiently precise to meet the notice requirements of applicable law.
