IzEDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant Horatio Johnson appeals the trial judge’s denial of his application for post conviction relief. Because the denial of post conviction relief is not appealable, this appeal is dismissed.

Horatio Johnson was convicted of manslaughter on September 15, 1994. On October 19, 1994 the trial court sentenced him to thirty-five (35) years at hard labor. The defendant filed a motion to reconsider sentence on November 16, 1994, which was denied by the trial court.
