11 Defendant, Nathan II. Wilson, pled guilty under North Carolina v. Alford1 to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of La. R.S. 14:95.1, Case #02-2528, in the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson on September 11, 2002. Defendant was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment at hard labor to run concurrently with “Case #02-4244 and his Parole Time under Case #93-2078.”2 An appeal was not taken.
