THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Christine M. Obercian's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (ECF No. 41 ) and Plaintiff Aerotek, Inc.'s ("Aerotek") Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 48 ). This employment dispute arises from Obercian's December 1, 2016 departure from Aerotek and subsequent employment at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC ("Beacon Hill").
