*975In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bucaria, J.), dated January 30, 2008, as denied its motion for summary judgment on the complaint and granted the defendants’ separate cross motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and the defendants Suffolk Vascular Associates, PLLC, and Robert Pollina, and the defendant Paul Van Bemmelen, separately cross-appeal from the same order.
