Plaintiffs, putative representatives of a nationwide class, have sued defendants Federal National Mortgage Home Loan Association (“Fannie Mae”) and Federal National Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), alleging federal antitrust violations and violations of selected state antitrust and consumer protection laws.
