CATHELL, Judge.
On July 13, 1998, Joan C. Goldberg, petitioner, obtained an Order of Judgment by Consent against William J. Douglas and Kelly L. Douglas, judgment debtors, in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. The judgment was filed among the judgment records of the Circuit Court for Worcester County and petitioner filed a Request for Writ of Execution so that the Worcester County Sheriffs Office (hereinafter Sher iff) would levy the property of the judgment debtors located in that county.
