dissenting to denial of appellant’s motion for rehearing without written opinion.
This is an appeal by Marvin Miller alone from six judgments styled “Amended Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc,” each of which follows forfeiture of an appearance bond with Lawrence Tatsch as principal and Marvin Miller as surety. Though the amount varies from bond to bond, the aggregate total of the six is $92,500.
