In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee recommended to this court that the attorney-respondent, Richard Dale Gil-son, be suspended from the practice of law for two years. The panel also recommended that the costs of these proceedings be assessed against the respondent. We accept these recommendations and order the respondent suspended from the practice of law for two years.
