This was an action on a life insurance policy issued March 9, 1929; on the life of J. Ed. Pearson. Anna L. Pearson, his widow, as the beneficiary therein, recovered a judgment on a verdict of nine men. The defense was suicide, the policy providing that in case of suicide within one year the amount payable should be only the premium collected. The case was tried before the Honorable Wyley Jones, who received the verdict and ordered judgment entered thereon. .Upon the death of said trial judge before motion for a new trial was disposed of, the Honorable R.
