Case Summary and Issues
Appellants Robert Kuntz, Kunodu, Inc., and B-K Interests, LLC (collectively, "Kuntz") appeal the trial court's issuance of a preliminary injunction and award of attorney fees in favor of EVI, LLC ("EVI").
