This action was brought by the defendant in error in the district court of Wilson county to recover damages for the death of her husband, Charles Keller, which was alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the employees of the receivers of the St. Louis & San Francisco Railway Company. A trial was had to a jury, which returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $1900, and judgment was ■entered accordingly.
