— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to stay arbitration, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Orgera, J.), dated March 24, 1987, which granted the application.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the application is denied.

On November 2, 1982, the appellant Joseph Pizzonia was involved in a collision with a vehicle operated by Danny Myers.
