Prior aspects of this case have been reported in 37 F.R.D. 460, 246 F.Supp. 419, and 367 F.2d 625. It is a diversity-action based on allegation of libel on plaintiff’s business reputation. Defendant is a mercantile agency supplying reports to subscribers as a guide to their business dealings. Plaintiff is a corporation engaged as an independent sales agency, buying brick products from manufacturers and selling to construction contractors.
