The liquor control commission refused a restaurant permit to the plaintiff, and its action was sustained by the Superior Court on appeal. The referee’s reports disclose the following undisputed material facts: The plaintiff owns the building at 2510 East Main Street in the industrial section of Bridgeport, where on the premises in question she has . conducted a restaurant for five years, and during 1933, 1934, and 1935 under a permit granted by the commission.
