KELLY, Judge.

Edward Ryan brings this appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County affirming the decision of the Board of Police Commissioners for the City of St. Louis to impose disciplinary action upon *362him for alleged neglect of duty in the performance of his duties as a member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Finding no error, we affirm.
