George Anderson sued Benson Manufacturing Co., Inc., a corporation, asking $50,-000 for personal injuries sustained when some crating frames stacked against defendant’s building fell, struck plaintiff on the legs, and injured him. Defendant’s answer, among other defenses, alleged that plaintiff was a statutory employee of defendant and the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law precluded plaintiff’s action.
