Certiorari to Kansas City Court of Appeals to quash its opiixion in Green v. Shamrod, 185 S. W. (2d) 41. Writ was issued prior to the effective date of the 1945 Constitution and the case is briefed on the issue of conflict only. Therefore, we will decide it on that issue.
