2Opinion of the Court · KeaslerKeasler, J.

in which KELLER, P.J., and WOMACK, HERVEY, and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

On appeal, the appellate court held the trial court abused its discretion. We find that the appellate court erred in so holding.
