OPINION OF THE COURT
ROTH, Circuit Judge:
Maia Caplan and Vigilant Insurance Company (Vigilant) have brought this expedited appeal from the District Court’s Order of May 25, 1995. The order declared null and void an agreement between Vigilant and Cap-lan, settling a civil action, entitled Caplan v. Fellheimer Eichen Braverman & Kaskey et al., 886 F.Supp. 498, which Caplan had brought in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
