Appellant, Randy Burke, was found guilty of the charges in a Third Amended Information of first degree murder and reckless endangerment. Burke appeals his convictions on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence to find that his actions caused the victim’s death, that the trial court failed to properly instruct the jury, that it was *259error to admit the testimony of the emergency room physician, and that it was error not to allow the impeachment of a witness. For the reasons elucidated below, we affirm.
