Upon an original appeal in this case, this court reversed and remanded this case for a new trial. (People v. Cole, 132 Ill.App.2d 1041, 271 N.E.2d 385.) The Illinois Supreme Court granted leave to appeal, reversed the judgment of this court, and remanded the case to us for consideration of' issues not disposed of on the original appeal. (See People v. Cole, 54 Ill.2d 401, 298 N.E.2d 705.)
