CECIL, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from an order of the District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, denying the appellant’s motion to vacate sentence under Section 2255, Title 28 U.S.C.

The appellant was indicted by a grand jury and charged with one of the most reprehensible crimes on the books. He was indicted under Section 1201, Title 18 U.S.C., which makes it an oifense to knowingly transport any person in interstate commerce, who has been unlawfully seized or kidnaped.
