This is a workmen’s compensation proceeding, in which the employee is before us on an appeal from a decree of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission affirming a trial commissioner’s finding that the employee was no longer incapacitated and that he could return to his usual occupation on a full-time basis. Hereafter we shall refer to the employee by his last name and to the employer as Molony & Rubien.

The record indicates that on August 21, 1970 Segrella was working for Molony & Rubien as a carpenter when he fell from a height of 24 feet and sustained a variety of injuries. On December 30,…
