Appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Plaintiff-appellant, Angelo D’Amico, filed a complaint in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas alleging property damage, denial of the use and enjoyment of property and emotional harm as a result of the conduct of defendants, David and Gladys Keithline, and defendants-appellees, Jason Burns, John P.
