Reversing.

This appeal involves the right to the office of superintendent of schools of Caldwell -county. The appellee, K. R. Cummins, in his petition alleges that he was duly elected to that position by the county board of education prior to July 1, 1926, and that at the time of his election he was qualified for the position as the law required.
