Fer CURIAM.
Flaintiff appeals as of right the trial court’s order granting Farmers Insurance Exchange’s motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(0(10) regarding plaintiffs action for no-fault personal protection insurance (FIE) benefits. We affirm.
This dispute arises from an automobile accident in which plaintiff was injured while driving a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier. Flaintiff and her mother, Joyce Burton, *3who lived together in the same house in Detroit, indisputably were the only titled owners of the Cavalier at the time of the accident.
