The question presented by this appeal is whether in the case of the sale of real estate for taxes (G. S. 1935, 79-2801 to 79-2809) the district court may refuse, upon equitable grounds, to confirm the sale even though all proceedings are found to be *488regular. Asserting such power, the trial court refused to confirm. An intervenor, claiming through the purchaser at the tax sale, appeals.
