This proceeding grows out of the same sheriff’s sale as the preceding cases (Pennsylvania Chocolate Co., to use of Commonwealth Trust Co., v. Eatmor Chocolate Co. and Central Lithograph Co. v. Eatmor Chocolate Co., Appeals of Commonwealth Trust Co.).
